Return Policy

Carbogenetics permits returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your final package. Products purchased through a third-party seller must be returned through that original vendor.

How to start a return

• Submit a request through our contact form with your email address and order number.
• Let us know your reason for the return.
• Our team reviews your request.
• Once approved, Ready Returns sends you a return link.
• Complete the return confirmation and provide payment information.
• Your return shipping label arrives after payment is processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Used items incur a $100 re-shelving fee.

Exchanges

Reach our team through the contact form to arrange an exchange. Carbogenetics covers return shipping of the replacement item, though customers pay to send the original equipment back.

Conditions

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• We may decline used merchandise that is not in acceptable condition.
• Returns are processed within 5 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
• Refunds typically appear on your bank statement within 5–10 business days.
• Third-party purchases cannot be returned through Carbogenetics.
