The mask should be hooked up like seen in the picture below.
So the so one end of the tube connects to the white tube coming out of the machine and the other end of the tube connects to the breath flow control device. This should already be hooked up when you receive the machine.
The tube coming from the Carbogen Breathing Machine is 1/4 inner diameter. Most co2 tanks have a similar 1/4 inner diameter tubing go to the regulator of the co2 tank. If yours is a different size let me know and I will help you find the proper connections.
It’s very easy to connect as seen in the picture below.
Make sure to plugin the power cord to the back of the machine and to the wall outlet.
Turn the power switch to the On position
Make sure to turn Bluetooth on. The first time you need to go to your Bluetooth Settings and scan for the Carbogen Breathing Bluetooth device. It will be a number like seen in the image below.
Select the device once you find it. Then put in the 4 digit passcode which is 1234
Once you’ve paired it you do not have to do that again. Next open the Carbogenetics App
You can download the Carbogen App here. The app is not yet in the Play Store but once it is I will link to the play store from here. When you first open the app you will not be connected. You need to click on Bluetooth Settings
Click on Bluetooth Settings and it will take you to this page.
Tap on the Carbogen Bluetooth which will be a number like you see above ending in HC-06. Once you do that you will be connected. You should now see the current CO2 levels.
From there just select your desired CO2 level and press the Set New CO2 Level button. You can now start breathing Carbogen at your desired level. It is best to start small and work your way up. If you feel too uncomfortable take off the mask. You can watch the co2 numbers change as you breathe in and out, but it’s best to set the phone down and concentrate on breathing.
